Recruiting Solutions Promotes Senior Leadership
May 3rd, 2017 – Recruiting Solutions is pleased to announce several promotions within the company’s senior leadership team. Debbie Varner, founder and newly named CEO of Recruiting Solutions, noted, “These changes reflect the continued refinement of our company’s organizational structure, as well as a fierce focus on our future success.”
Debbie Varner, who formerly held the title of President, has been named CEO and Chairman of Recruiting Solutions. She has worked in the staffing industry since 1992 and has devoted herself to furthering strong community relationships, connecting businesses with exceptional talent and developing the leadership team at Recruiting Solutions. In her new role as CEO, she will focus on honing the company’s long-term strategy and sustainability.
Cam Varner has been promoted to President of Recruiting Solutions. In his previous role as Vice President, Varner was instrumental in growing top-line sales, increasing efficiencies and establishing Recruiting Solutions’ Florence office. As President, he will be responsible for managing the company’s strategic goals, organizational development and service delivery. Varner commented, “I am grateful for this opportunity and look forward to expanding the Recruiting Solutions brand.”
Trey Smoak has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer of Recruiting Solutions. Smoak has been a key leader since joining Recruiting Solutions in 2004 and formerly held the title of Executive Vice President. As COO, Smoak will focus on the company’s strategic objectives and operations while providing essential support to the CEO.
Drew Williams has been promoted to President of Recruiting Solutions’ Virtual Business Office Associates (Virtual BOA) division. Williams previously served as Vice President of Virtual BOA. In his new role, Williams will direct Virtual BOA operations and strategy while continuing to develop strong client relationships.
